# To implement the new Grade system

## To implement the new Grade system in WebPayTRAX

1. Create the New Grades under the **Setup --\> Grade** screen.
2. Link the newly created Grades with the Job Titles from the **Setup --\> Job Title screen**. Then New Grades will be automatically reflected in the Employee Information screen while creating the new employees.
3. To modify the grades for existing employees, please create a Service Change with the **Bulk upload** option.

To do the Bulk upload, please download the Template from the **Personal --\> Service Change screen** by selecting the Grade option , update the New Grades of the employees in the template, and upload it .
