To implement the new Grade system

To implement the new Grade system in WebPayTRAX

  1. Create the New Grades under the Setup --> Grade screen.
  2. Link the newly created Grades with the Job Titles from the Setup --> Job Title screen. Then New Grades will be automatically reflected in the Employee Information screen while creating the new employees.
  3. To modify the grades for existing employees, please create a Service Change with the Bulk upload option.

To do the Bulk upload, please download the Template from the Personal --> Service Change screen by selecting the Grade option , update the New Grades of the employees in the template, and upload it .
