How to mark Early Rejoining in the system?
To mark the Early Rejoining if the employee joined before completing his vacation
If the Employee joined in the company before completing his vacation, then HR can mark the Early Rejoining to avoid the modification of the Leave application.
Menu: -Personal-- > Rejoining process
Follow the below steps to mark the Early Rejoining process: -
- In the Leave Rejoining Process screen, Select the Employee, Leave Document, and enter the actual Re-Joining Date on the Status Date Field, and Save. Then system will automatically select it as Early Rejoining.
- Select the Joined Early pop up to approve the Early Rejoining.
- If the employee’s Annual leave is Vacation – Paid in Advance, select the Encash Type as ‘Salary Payment’ because company already paid the Leave Salary, so the balance Leave days cannot give back to the employee.
- If the Annual Leave is Local Leave -Paid with Salary Sheet, select the Encash Type= Leave Addition, and Save. Then the remaining Leave days will be added to the existing Leave Balance.
