Create/Delete a Menu Head in POS

How to create/delete a menu head and link to Outlet

Prerequisites:

  • WebTouche Link

  • Administrative Configurations Login

  • Configurations Access to Menu Head, Menu Head-Menu Link and Outlet Menu-Head Link

  • Sub Menu Details

  • Menu Head Details

1. Go to Menu Head, click on Add New

 

2. Enter a unique code, name and short name which both can be same, and click on Save.

3. Go to Outlet Menu-Head Link and click on the ‘+’ icon to its left.

4. Select the Outlet to which you want to link the menu head to, and click on Add New

 

5. Select the Menu Head you just created from the drop-down box and click on Save

Note: To remove any menu head from POS, tick the left boxes of those sub menus you want to remove here and select Save

 

6. Go to Menu-Head Menu Link and click on the ‘+’ icon to its left.

7. Select the Menu Head you just created, and link sub menus needed

Note: To remove/delink sub menus from POS, tick the left boxes of those menu heads you want to remove here

 

8. Click on ‘Save’ and verify on screen

Note: If you are using hybrid/CAP setup, please wait till next day morning for the menu to reflect in POS. To make it immediate, run the MasterSync in server or contact POS support line
