Component error in loading Touché

How to resolve Component error in loading Touché when exe is launched.

1. Right Click the icon click on properties.

2. Click on compatibility tab

3. Under the compatibility mode section Tick on "Run this program in compatibility mode" and select windows 7.

4. Click Ok and save the changes.
